Reservations
- Balance due upon arrival (no personal/business checks)
- Call for holiday, October and special event rates
- One night's deposit plus tax required for reservations of 3 days or less
- Two night's deposit plus tax required for reservations of 4 days or more
- Holidays, 7 days or longer and the month of October will be paid in full
- We reserve the right to request an additional damage deposit if no credit card
- Rates and conditions subject to change
- Check-In time is 3:00 p.m.
- Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Early check-in fee $20 if available
- Late check-out fee $10 per hour if available and by arrangement only
- Pet friendly cabins available
- No house parties or receptions
- Unit must be occupied by and registered to an adult of at least 21 years of age
- We reserve the right to refuse groups of 5 or more
- Amenities are subject to change without notice
- Linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash bags are provided
- 2 Night standard minimum stay
- We reserve the right to require a 3 to 4 night minimum on holidays, October, and special event dates
- 4-wheel drive vehicles may be required during the winter months in the event of inclement weather for specific cabins. Sorry, we cannot provide transportation
- Specials available for 4 or more nights
- Fireplaces are not available for use from Memorial Day until Labor Day
- Our cabins are in the woods and you may encounter lady bugs, bees and mice
- Gift Certificates available
- Cancellation less than 30 days notice from arrival will forfeit 100% deposit
- All holidays, month of October, and special events have a 60 day cancellation policy
- Cancellation policy and "Specials" are subject to change without notice
- No refunds due to weather conditions
- "No Shows" will forfeit prepaid deposit and be charged entire balance due
- 30 day cancellation required prior to arrival date for 90% refund of standard reservation. Service charge is 10% of deposit.
